Each person who browsing online can be associated with online identification, generically defined user tracking tools, which are produced by the devices and applications used or by the protocols used for navigation. What are cookies?

How many types of cookies exist?
There are different types of cookies, with different characteristics and uses:
Technical cookies: they are indispensable cookies for the correct functioning of the site and are used to carry out the transmission of a communication on an electronic communication network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of a service of the information company explicitly requested by the user to provide this service.

Rights of the interested parties
In compliance with the limits and conditions provided for by the legislation on personal data protection, as regards the treatments subject to this information, each user, as an interested party, has the right to ask the data controller:

- the verification and rectification of their data;
- the revocation of the consent previously provided at any time;
- to oppose the processing of one's data;
- the limitation of the treatment;
- the cancellation or removal of their personal data;
- the right to portability.
The interested party also has the right to propose a complaint to the competent personal data control authority or act in court, in the event that the treatments that concern him the rules of the GDPR, pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR.
